Heritage K1310 Slim Door Knocker Antique Brass Lacquered

A slim door knocker with a contemporary look - being quite slim at just over 1.1/2", it should fit most doors. It has bolt fixing for strength and is supplied with bolts and nuts to securely fit the knocker to the door. Made from solid brass and available in several finishes. This is the antique brass finish which is polished brass that has been antiqued to a dark patina then re-polished to reveal highlights then lacquered. To care for this finish, regularly remove dirt and watermarks with a non-abrasive cloth. If used outside the lacquer will break down quicker than indoors so applying a non-abrasive wax coating may extend its life. DO NOT USE metal cleaners or aerosol sprays as these will damage the lacquer.
