The simple Avon design is both contemporary and traditional, fitting into all settings. This four sided design is created by hand with a series of hammer blows. Designed to fit casement windows and match the Avon stays and door handles in the range. Reversible design and includes mortice and hook plates for different fitting options. The fastener has a locking mechanism by the way of a grub screw. Suitable for use with weather-stripped windows. Supplied with matching SS wood screws.From The Anvil's Polished Marine Stainless Steel is grade 316 and manufactured with high concentrations of chromium and nickel. These products offer great strength and have extremely resilient corrosion resistant properties which make them an excellent choice for coastal locations. This finish is very versatile, with a high sheen appearance that works well with warm tones and cool, contemporary settings alike. For complementary products, we recommend a Polished Chrome finish. Tea Staining can occur on stainless steel products, this is not the same as corrosion and will not affect the structutal integrity of the product but can be unsightly.
